Pellet-Based District Heating and Contracting Model
As implemented in the Bad Camberg project, a centralized district heating system was installed.
Technical concept:
Central pellet heating plant
Heat distribution to all 24 units via district heating network
Domestic hot water supplied through in-house heat exchanger systems
Photovoltaic system powering the energy center
Battery storage supporting partial energy self-sufficiency
The heating plant remains under the ownership of the developer.
Heat supply is structured under a contracting model.

Parking Requirements and Site Conditions
Due to local parking regulations, the following were constructed:

A significant number of trees were present on the site. The development approach aimed to preserve and integrate as many existing trees as possible within the overall project design.
Economic Overview
The project was fully marketed and completed within the standard timeframe of approximately 12 months from building permit approval. The change order rate remained below 2%.
